On May 23rd 2008, De Nora Milan joins for the second year the initiative ―Working Mothers Day.
Milan — Industrie De Nora today announced that it has been created a new company, MedNora, formed with ALCAVIS a major providers company in the United States for disinfection products to extend its global portfolio of products and brands.
The new Analytical laboratory department represents state of the art facilities and is further tangible evidence of De Nora investment in the R&D activities.
Verdenora is a new company born from UNIFE’s (University of Ferrara) expertises of the Department of Biology and Evolution and Industrie De Nora. Teachers and researchers coming from the University of Ferrara are part of the new Spin-off together with representatives of Industries De Nora. The new Spin-off offers operational and effective solution to various problems faced daily by agricultural operators.
On July 2nd, 2007 CFE a wholly owned De Nora company and JSC Kaustik – Volgograd (Russia) entered into a Test and Demonstration Agreement for the upgrading of their Mercury cell room.
De Nora is a leading provider for the electrochemical industry and has developed products that have helped to distinguishes the company in the electrochemical world. From September 17th to the 20th, the Chlorine Chlorate Seminar was again held at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Cleveland.

On November 30th, 2006 the merger between Industrie De Nora S.p.A., De Nora Elettrodi S.p.A. and De Nora Tecnologie Elettrochimiche S.p.A. was concluded successfully.
